The Collar throw is an attack used by Lockjaw Pooch in ClayFighter: Sculptor's Cut (alternitively known as Spiked Collar) he takes his spiked collar off of his neck (which by all logic shouldn't be able to hold his giant head) and tosses it at his hapless foe. Like all of the projectile sprites in the N64 clayfighter games, it was rotated instead of actually animated.

This attack requires a quarter circle, which means you have to put your thumb on the down direction of the control pad, then quickly slide your thumb to the forward direction or the backwards direction. Then you have to press the button required to make the move work. In this case, you have to press down forward punch (any strength will do) in order to use this attack.
